Do I need to be musical to benefit from music therapy?

Not at all! You don’t need any musical background or experience. Music therapy is about using sound, rhythm, and creative expression as tools for healing—not about performing or being "good" at music. Everyone can benefit, whether you're listening, moving, playing, or simply being present with the experience.

What can I expect in a session?

Every session is personalized. We may explore music listening, instrument play, songwriting, breathwork, guided movement, art-making, or quiet reflection—depending on what feels most supportive. Some sessions may involve more talking, others more creative exploration. The goal is always to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and gently guided toward deeper self-awareness and healing.

Is music therapy suitable for children and teens?

Absolutely. Music and creative expression are natural languages for children and teens.
